Upon JINKS receiving payment; we will order the materials for your order within 2 working days (unless discussed otherwise). Upon receiving the materials we will give you an estimated date of completion and if it suits you, plan a preferred day for postage.

We will always contact you for any additional details we need to go ahead and will never start cutting materials for an order until you are happy and have agreed the sizing details with us.

Large orders/wholesale orders are non-refundable, but we will of course replace anything that's faulty/defective (that isn't considered to be reasonable wear-and-tear).
