Face covering/Face mask

From July 24th wearing a mask in shops/supermarkets is compulsory and non compliance may result in a fine. (Compulsory on public transport since the 15th June).

THE BASICS OF OUR FACE COVERINGS

    Double layered cotton/polycotton.
     
    •

    Nose wire to allow you to adjust fit to your face and help reduce glasses fog. Fit has proven important in recent sceintific studies.

    Can be taken off without touching your face

    Tie fastening behind your head for comfort, with optional toggle add on,+50p. Find it HERE

    Large face covering area. Again, fit has shown to be very important.

    Filter pocket. Add in your own, or one of our double chiffon layers to add to mask 'filtration'. See main Face Covering page for more information and our sources.

    Machine washable (although a laundry was bag will help preserve structure). We recommend tying the ties together before machine washing so they don't fall out!

    One size fits the majority of adults due to nose wire adjustment and tie behind head. but we do have a standard, small and childs size.
     Unless you tell us otherwise we will provide a standard size. 
     Young adults/young teenagers may want a 'small size', and we have a kids pattern available too. You can also cinch the ends of the masks (where the tie channel is) for further adjustment)
